Randy Thibaut is owner and founder of Land Solutions, Inc. and Development Solutions, LLC. Randy's role in his companies is that of visionary and securing new opportunities suitable for residential and commercial developments in Southwest Florida, Colorado and new emerging markets.

Having been actively involved in the creation, development, sales and marketing of residential and resort developments in Southwest Florida since 1982, including terms as vice president of Mariner Properties and division president of Beazer Homes.

In addition to our own in-house development operations, Randy’s firms have conducted successful business transactions with several national and regional home builders, developers and land owners by assisting them in all aspects of creating well planned, financially successful communities and projects in the markets that we work within.

In addition, Randy is a co-founder and served as Chairman for Builders Care, a non-profit organization started by the Lee Building Industry Association to provide construction services at no cost to needy and deserving elderly and disabled homeowners who cannot obtain home repairs through traditional means.

Randy grew up on a large farm in Central Ohio where he learned the land business from his grandfather, who was successful in buying and selling large tracts of land. He enjoys various outdoor activities with his wife, Laurie, and their three children.

Ron Inge

Ron Inge
Chief Operating Officer of Land Solutions, Inc.
President of Development Solutions LLC.

Ron Inge is responsible for the operations of Land Solutions, Inc. and Development Solutions, LLC as chief operations officer (COO) of Land Solutions and President of Development Solutions. He directs the process and progression of our projects.

His is a familiar name among the rosters of Lee County’s most integral business leaders. In addition to his 21-year career at Florida Rock Industries, Inc., formerly Harper Bros., Inc., he has donated much of his time to providing a better business and regulatory environment in Southwest Florida through initiatives such as The Real Estate Investment Society, The Business Development Corporation, The Horizon Council and The Lee County Local Planning Agency. Ron’s experience and strong leadership style really make him the perfect fit for working through the regulatory maze that confronts the development of real estate in Southwest Florida. His extensive network of government and business contacts and unique perspective on legislative and financial issues gives him a well rounded picture of the industry.

Ron enjoys spending time with his wife, Sherry, and their two children.

Kris Denny

Kris Denny comes to Land Solutions with 27 years of accounting and managerial experience in the land development industry. As Controller of the company, her responsibilities include accounting, financial analysis, administrative, personnel and technology issues.

Her studies at Edison Community College included financial and managerial accounting, computer science and business management.

Kris has two daughters and a grandson. She enjoys boating, kayaking and motorcycles.

Jim Moore

Chief Financial Officer

Jim Moore’s 30 years of experience in the home-building industry lend a seasoned approach to Land Solutions and Development Solutions strategic planning. His past affiliations with Beazer Homes in Nevada, Texas, Georgia and Florida, Watt Homes in California, Arizona and Hawaii, Anden Homes in Virginia and Maryland, U.S. Home in Texas and Florida and Moore Homes in Texas and Florida give him a national perspective of the home building industry. Jim serves as a long-range planner for both companies and acts as Chairman of the Advisory Board.

As a Certified Public Accountant with history at Coopers & Lybrand in Chicago, he is uniquely suited to handle the financial management and planning for Land and Development Solutions. 

Jim received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University and is a member of The American and Florida Institutes of CPAs.

Janet Allison

Janet Allison
Vice President Legal Affairs

Janet Allison is responsible for all legal documentation at Land Solutions, including managing all the firm's legal affairs, and assisting clients in review and document presentation.

In addition to her legal expertise, Janet is a licensed CAM (Community Association Manager) with extensive experience in residential real estate and property management.

Janet is a native of New Jersey and her career as a paralegal began in Middletown, New York and spans more than 35 years. Prior to joining Land Solutions, Janet worked for Lehigh Corporation in a similar position for over 20 years.

Janet is actively involved with her family and community. Twice a month she donates platelets to the Edison Regional Blood Center, and spends much of her spare time with her grandchildren.

Gail Ebert

Marketing Coordinator

Gail Ebert is responsible for coordinating all marketing and communications. She handles all advertising, signage, presentation and photography needs, maintains project files, initiates project tracking systems and assists in technical support within the office.

An experienced real estate professional, Gail has worked as a REALTOR, office manager and administrative assistant with three of the area’s best known commercial real estate companies. In addition to her Florida Real Estate License, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Capital University and a Master’s Degree in reading education from the College of Mount St. Joseph in Ohio, her home state.

In her free time, Gail enjoys gardening, music and reading. A true animal lover, she serves on the Board of Directors for Homeward Bound Greyhounds, a rescue and adoption agency for retired racing greyhounds. Her family consists of six retired racers and three cats.

Janie B. Hooker

Sales Manager

Janie B. Hooker is a broker / sales person responsible for researching new land opportunities and acquiring land. She brings extensive experience in research, land assemblage, contract preparation & closing, accounting, budgeting, administration and management to the Land Solutions team.

A Florida native, Janie has over 30 years of experience in the residential and commercial real estate business, having worked with several of the area’s best known commercial and residential real estate firms. She is a Real Estate Investment Society (REIS) board member, a state-certified Notary Public, a member of the local, Florida and National Realtors Associations and the Women’s Council of Realtors.

In her spare time, Janie likes to work out at the gym and spend time with her grown children. She and her husband enjoy boating, fishing and shelling. She is also an active member of her church.

Deb LaSalle

Project Coordinator

Deb LaSalle serves Development Solutions as Project Coordinator. In addition to coordinating and tracking the project teams and their duties, she is responsible for assisting with project feasibility, permitting, entitlements and construction management. She has over 25 years experience in administrative and customer service related fields.

Originally from Massachusetts, she is active in the community, participating in fundraising events for many different charities and volunteering for local community events. She has a grown son and in her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, working out, going to the beach and cheering for the Boston Red Sox.

Tracy Hayden

Tracy Hayden
Manager of Zoning and Permitting, Development Solutions

Tracy Hayden serves Development Solutions as Manager of Zoning and Permitting. Her primary responsibilities include managing zoning and permitting efforts and permit compliance for various commercial, industrial and residential projects.

Tracy came to Development Solutions after 21 years with Florida Rock Industries, formerly Harper Bros, Inc., where she was an environmental manager responsible for regulatory compliance and permitting for eleven aggregate facilities located throughout the State of Florida. She has participated in the Lee County business community by serving on the Boards of the Economic Development Coalition of Lee County (EDC), the Real Estate Investment Society (REIS) and was an elected Board of Supervisor for the Lee Soil and Water Conservation District. Tracy earned her Associate of Arts in Human Services from Edison Community College.

As a fifth generation native Floridian, Tracy has a long Florida heritage. She is an active member of the Fort Myers First Assembly and along with her husband, Ken, enjoys traveling and family time with their three sons and their growing number of grandchildren.

Sarah Valerio serves as Executive Assistant to Randy Thibaut and Ron Inge. Sarah has over 15 years experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager. Originally from the Chicago area, she relocated 6 years ago to head the operations of Cape Coral’s largest vacation rental and property management firm at that time. Her years of experience in the Southwest Florida Real Estate arena groomed her for providing top level assistance not only to our team, but also for our clients and investors.

Sarah and her two sons participate in numerous activities together, enjoying the Florida lifestyle. She is proud to have her eldest son entering the United States Air Force to represent our county.

William H. Rollins, Jr.

William “Billy” Rollins, a licensed real estate broker in Florida and Georgia. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of land of all types. He is a third generation citrus grower who grew up in a family business and later was employed by several large citrus corporations, including Fruit Harvesters International, Inc., where he held the position of Vice President of Operations.

Billy holds a BS degree in business and an AS degree in citrus production. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designee and an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC). He has the training and experience to provide clients with an understanding of the big picture on land transactions and insights on the dynamics of property value throughout south Florida.

Billy enjoys outdoor sports and traveling with his family.
