Land Solutions Represents Builder in Golf Course Transaction

Lennar Homes, LLC has sold the golf course at Stoneybrook at Heritage in Bradenton to Stoneybrook Investors, LLC for $3,475,000. In addition to the 18 hole Championship golf course designed by Arthur Hills, the sale included the 20,000 SF clubhouse, pro shop, full service restaurant, cart barn and maintenance building.
