October 17, 2011 – Fort Myers, FL – The Lee County Building Industry Association honored Land Solutions as its Commercial Broker of the Year. At their annual Industry Awards Dinner held on Saturday night at the Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa, the Land Solutions team, led by Randy Thibaut, President & CEO, was recognized for their achievements and positive contributions to the building industry.

The annual Building Industry Association awards recognizes members of the building industry for
their success and professionalism. The Commercial Broker of the Year award is given to organizations who best demonstrate achievement of goals, client and working relations, and charitable involvement within the community.
Land Solutions had a stellar 2010, closing many large commercial real estate transactions throughout the region.
