Land Solutions Inc. Welcomes New Additions To Their Growing Team

June 8, 2011 – Fort Myers, FL – Randy Thibaut, President of Land Solutions, Inc., is pleased to announce the addition of Shannon Densham and David Truxton to their growing team.

Shannon Densham, a commercial real estate marketing professional from Tampa, joins Land Solutions as their Marketing Director to manage all internal and external communications for the company. She will oversee the company’s marketing including development of regional marketing campaigns, collateral, illustration, email blasts, direct mail media, proposals, and special event and trade show planning.

Before joining Land Solutions Inc, she served as a Marketing Consultant for various commercial real estate companies including Kimco Realty and RMC Property Group, where she was influential in the success of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects throughout Florida.

A Florida native, Shannon grew up in Miami before moving to Tampa in 1989 to attend the University of South Florida. She went on to enjoy a successful career in marketing for over 17 years, before relocating to southwest Florida to join the Land Solutions team. 

David Truxton has joined the LSI team as Sales Associate/Property Researcher and will head the company’s Property Research Department from Naples to Sarasota. David has extensive experience in land acquisitions and development in his previous employ at Lennar Homes. 

David graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in finance, with an emphasis in Real Estate. He is a member of ULI and a candidate to become Accredited Land Consultant with Realtor’s Land Institution.

David resides in Bradenton, Florida, where he spends his leisure time with his wife Katie and son Tyler, enjoying fishing, golfing, and attending Devil Ray’s games.
