Venice, FL – CRM Florida Properties, LLC has sold four commercial parcels located at 1550-1590 North Tamiami Trail in Venice, FL to Joe P. Collins for $2,000,000. The improved property was formerly used as a car dealership and included five buildings totaling 38,949 SF on 6.85± acres.
