Land Holding, LLC, successor by merger to Capstone Realty, Inc., has sold 265± acres on Burnt Store Rd. in Charlotte County to Burnt Store, LLC for $1,000,000. The property, located directly across from Tern Bay, is zoned to allow up to 999 residential units.
