July 7, 2011 – Fort Myers, FL – The Land Solutions team led by Randy Thibaut, President and William Rollins, broker, represented Colonial Homes, Inc., in the disposition of a total of 96 single family lots in the community of Copper Cove Preserve in Naples for $2,826,720.  The buyer of the property is Lennar Homes, L.L.C., who will build the remainder of the homes out in the community.

The property is located one mile south of US 41 on Collier Blvd. / County Road 951 in south Collier County, Naples, FL.
