January 3, 2012 – Fort Myers, FL – The Land Solutions team, led by Randy Thibaut, President, ended the year with the disposition of several bank-owned assets in southwest Florida.

 

Land Solutions represented SunTrust Bank in the disposition of assets including Sunset Palms, a partially-developed 94-unit condo community, situated on 18.01± acres in Punta Gorda, Florida. The buyer of the property is Sunset Palms Condominiums LLC, who purchased the development for $475,000.00.

 

The company also brokered the disposition of Village on the Lakes, located at the southwest corner of Village Lakes Blvd. and Williams Ave. in Lehigh Acres. The property, representing 49.24± acres, was purchased by Freeman Brooks for $115,500.00.

 

DeSoto 15 was also sold by SunTrust Bank to Double D Trading Company Inc. for $35,750.00. The property is 15.48± acres and is located approximately 10 miles north of the I-75 & U.S. 17 interchange in Desoto County.

 

Land Solutions represented Regions Bank in the disposition of a 6,800± square foot retail building located at 4423 & 4425 Del Prado Blvd in Cape Coral. The buyer was DAK Property Holdings Inc., who purchased the property for $255,000.00. The owners were represented by Adam Palmer of LandQwest Commercial.
