RC PROPERTIES IX, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company has sold a large land parcel in Naples, FL to Parklands Associates I, LLC, a Florida limited liability partnership. The undeveloped 642± acre parcel is located in Collier County, directly south of Palmira Country Club on Bonita Beach Rd. and sold for $3,000,000.
