Shannon Densham is the Marketing Director and responsible for the company’s marketing and public relations including marketing campaigns, collateral, illustration, email & direct mail, media, proposals, and special event planning. She attended the University of South Florida in Tampa and has enjoyed a successful career in marketing for over 18 years.
Before joining Land Solutions Inc, she served as a Marketing Consultant for various commercial real estate companies including Kimco Realty and RMC Property Group, where she was influential in the success of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects throughout Florida.
A Florida native, Shannon grew up in Miami before moving to Tampa in 1989 to attend the University of South Florida. She went on to enjoy a successful career in marketing for over 17 years, before relocating to southwest Florida to join the Land Solutions team. In her spare time, she enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, cooking, and spending time with her dog, Bentley.
