Land Solutions, Inc. Closes Two Large Land Transactions

 

 

FORT MYERS, FL (July 1, 2009) – RC PROPERTIES XI, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company has sold two large land parcels in Fort Myers, FL

 

WESTWOOD SIENNA FLORIDA LLC and CHARLES CANAL, LLC, Florida limited liability companies, purchased 256 acres on Winkler Rd. Extension in Fort Myers for $5,000,000. The property known as Westwood is fully entitled land with zoning for 1,012 residential units and is partially developed.

 

OAK CREEK BAYSHORE FLORIDA, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, purchased 309 acres off Bayshore Rd. in North Fort Myers for $2,500,000.   The property known as Oak Creek is vacant land zoned for residential use
