Brookwood Bella Vida, LLC of Boston, MA has purchased 116 fully developed townhome lots and 163 fully developed singel family lots from D.R. Horton, Inc. for $4,890,250.  The homesites are located in Bella Vida on Del Prado Blvd. in Cape Coral.
