Land Solutions Brokers Another Land Deal

Brookwood Calusa Creek, LLC of Boston, Massachusetts has purchased 106 single-family home sites and 118 townhome sites from Beazer Homes Corp. for $2,695,000. The home sites are located in the Calusa Creek community on Duncan Rd. / US 17 in Port Charlotte. Brookwood also purchased the adjacent 2.87± commercial acres from Beazer Commercial Holdings, LLC for $249,987.
