Janie B. Hooker is the Contract Administrator for Land Solutions and a licensed broker. Janie is responsible for client communications and reporting, research and contract administration. She prepares our purchase agreements and listing details.
She has over 30 years of local real estate experience and contacts, is a member of the Real Estate Investment Society (REIS), The National Association of Realtors & The Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers.
In her spare time, Janie likes to work out at the gym and spend time with her grown children. She and her husband enjoy boating, fishing and shelling. She is also an active member of her church.
