Janet Allison is the VP of Legal Affairs for Land Solutions. She is responsible for all legal documentation at Land Solutions, including managing all the firm’s legal affairs, and assisting clients in review and document continuity and presentation.
In addition to her legal expertise, Janet is a licensed CAM (Community Association Manager) with extensive experience in residential real estate and property management. She also serves on various CDD boards in SW Florida.
Janet is a native of New Jersey and her career as a paralegal began in Middletown, New York and spans more than 35 years. Prior to joining Land Solutions, Janet worked for Lehigh Corporation in a similar position for over 20 years.
Janet is actively involved with her family and community. Twice a month she donates platelets to the Edison Regional Blood Center, she is a regular volunteer for the Lee County Library System and spends much of her spare time with her grandchildren.
