Doug Meschko is our Director of Market Research and a Broker focusing on the market analytics of residential and commercial properties throughout SW Florida. Doug has 11 years of real estate experience with a wide range of focus from consulting to sales and leasing.
His most recent experience came as a Market Analyst for Metrostudy of South Florida where he commissioned market reports, feasibility studies and acquisition / disposition consulting reports for local and national builders, venture groups, and lending institutions. Doug has extensive experience in apartment conversions and work-outs as well as site sales.
He is a resident of Naples, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio State University and a MBA from Florida Gulf Coast University. He is also an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) candidate. When not working or furthering his education, Doug spends his leisure time traveling and hiking with his wife, Jessica.
