David Truxton serves as a Sales Associate/Property Researcher for the Land Solutions team and will head the company’s Property Research Department from Naples to Sarasota. David has extensive experience in land acquisitions and development in his previous employ at Lennar Homes.
David graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in finance, with an emphasis in Real Estate. He is a member of ULI and a candidate to become Accredited Land Consultant with Realtor’s Land Institution.
David resides in Bradenton, Florida, where he spends his leisure time with his wife Katie and son Tyler, enjoying fishing, golfing, and attending Devil Ray’s games.
