Carl Barraco, Jr. serves the Land Solutions team as Vice President of Sales. His focus is developing new relationships for the company, commercial real estate sales and assisting with land and development services.
A Florida native, Carl graduated from the University of Florida with a Masters of Science Degree in Real Estate with a concentration in finance and from the University of South Florida with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. Carl currently holds an Engineering Intern certificate, is a Florida Certified General Contractor and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and has been involved in the development of several large residential subdivisions in the Lee County area. In his spare time, Carl enjoys working out, hunting and fishing.
